3DiVi BAF (Biometric Anti-Fraud) is an enterprise platform for biometric identity verification, fraud prevention, and explainable trust decisions in digital identity systems. The solution combines biometric verification, liveness detection, anti-spoofing, deepfake detection, session intelligence, and identity risk management into a single scalable platform.

What does “explainable identity verification” mean?

Most identity systems behave like black boxes: they generate scores, but do not explain why decisions happen. 3DiVi BAF provides interpretable trust signals, operational visibility, contextual risk understanding, and explainable verification outcomes. This helps security, fraud, and compliance teams better understand why users fail, why attacks succeed, and how identity systems behave in production.

How does 3DiVi BAF detect synthetic identity attacks?

Yes. 3DiVi BAF includes deepfake detection, anti-spoofing, replay attack protection, photo attack detection, 2D/3D mask detection, and liveness verification. The platform is designed to help organizations reduce risks associated with AI-generated impersonation and synthetic identity attacks.

Why does 3DiVi BAF use predictable annual pricing instead of per-verification billing?

Traditional identity verification vendors often charge per request, per verification, or per transaction. This creates cost growth as verification frequency increases. 3DiVi BAF is designed for continuous identity protection at scale. Predictable annual pricing allows organizations to deploy verification more broadly, protect high-frequency workflows, avoid verification cost explosions, and scale identity infrastructure sustainably.

Is 3DiVi BAF suitable for regulated industries?

Yes. 3DiVi BAF is designed for organizations that require strong identity verification, fraud prevention, auditability, explainable decisions, and infrastructure control. Typical industries include banking, fintech, telecom, insurance, government services, and enterprise digital platforms.

DevPack is a production-grade starter package for pilots, integrations, and enterprise evaluation projects. It includes production licenses for development and pilots, direct access to the product team, priority technical support, and upgrade cost credit toward full production deployment.

Can 3DiVi BAF scale to millions of users?

Yes. The platform is designed for population-scale digital identity systems with scalable architecture, predictable operational economics, high-performance biometric processing, and flexible deployment models. 3DiVi BAF enables continuous protection without transaction-based pricing penalties.

What is Session Intelligence?

Session Intelligence extends identity verification beyond isolated checks. Instead of evaluating only a single image or biometric event, 3DiVi BAF analyzes session context, behavioral signals, device conditions, verification quality, risk patterns, and anti-spoofing indicators. This improves fraud detection and operational visibility.

How is 3DiVi BAF different from traditional biometric verification vendors?

Most biometric systems focus only on face matching, liveness detection, and verification scores. 3DiVi BAF is a full identity risk platform. In addition to biometric checks, it provides explainable verification decisions, session intelligence, anti-fraud orchestration, continuous protection workflows, and scalable operational economics.

Can 3DiVi BAF be deployed on-premise?

Yes. The platform supports on-premise deployment, private cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and isolated enterprise environments. This is especially important for banks, government systems, telecom providers, regulated infrastructure, and organizations with strict data residency requirements.

Does 3DiVi BAF work inside browsers and messaging apps?

Yes. The platform is optimized for browser-native verification flows and can operate inside embedded browser environments such as mobile applications, WebViews, and messaging platform browsers. This enables low-friction identity verification experiences without dedicated authenticator applications.

How does 3DiVi BAF unify identity flows across web, mobile and embedded environments?

Yes. 3DiVi BAF is designed for fast integration into existing digital systems, providing Web SDK, Android SDK, iOS SDK, and API integration capabilities.

Can 3DiVi BAF be used beyond digital onboarding?

Yes. 3DiVi BAF is designed not only for user onboarding, but also for continuous authentication, privileged access verification, support operator verification, transaction approvals, high-risk actions, and adaptive identity workflows.

Fraud passes. Legitimate users fail. Risk teams see outcomes — but not causes.

Metrics show what happened. They do not explain why.

Modern identity verification platforms rely on fragmented signals, aggregated metrics and implicit decision logic.

WHY 3DiVi BAF

Threat visibility

Observe identity failures, attacks and anomalies at the session level - not just through metrics.
Identity risk management

Understand why users fail, where fraud succeeds, and how risk evolves across sessions.
Cross-platform authentication

One policy layer across web, mobile and embedded environments
Cost intelligence

Identity verification costs are driven by fraud losses, false rejects and manual review - not infrastructure alone.

3-Layer Identity Decision Architecture

1. Signal layer

Biometric and device signals
are normalized into a structured identity context.
2. Interpretation layer

Signals are classified as control, risk, or attack to prevent incorrect system reactions.

Example:
Low image quality ≠ fraud attack
3. Decision layer

Identity decisions are driven
by explicit risk policy — not hidden vendor logic.

Basic decision flow:
Approve • Retry • Step-up • Reject

Session Intelligence

CASE STUDIES

Key insight:

At launch, nearly 1 in 3 legitimate users failed verification.

But instead of a smooth process, they hit friction everywhere: unclear instructions, confusing interface steps, and repeated rejections.

Challenge: Imagine thousands of people — many of them elderly — trying to pass remote identity verification to receive public subsidies.

The pass rate jumped to 92%, without weakening security requirements.

Solution: 3DiVi BAF analyzed real verification sessions, step by step, and uncovered where users were getting stuck. Not assumptions — actual behavior. Based on this, interaction flows and instructions were refined to match how users actually use the system.

The success of biometric authentication depends heavily on how systems interact with users.

Securing kiosk verification from face spoofing

Result:

Key insight:

Challenge: Fraudsters often attempt verification using a phone displaying someone else’s face — a simple spoof requiring little preparation and easy to scale.

Security teams gained clear visibility into the attack pattern, reduced repeat attempts, and made the attack economically unattractive to scale.

Solution: 3DiVi BAF captured and analyzed each attempt in detail, revealing how the spoofing was executed and what made it succeed or fail.

Face anti-spoofing goes beyond attack detection, restricting attacker behavior and strategy.
